Drum Role Please….The Grand Prize Winners of the Ritani Real Moments Campaign Have Been Announced!

First place goes to…..Ritani, the leading designer of engagement rings, wedding bands and diamond fashion jewelry, announced on Tuesday the winner of the “Ritani Real Moments” Facebook campaign.  The Grand Prize winner was Ashley Eckman and her husband Trevor, who submitted a series of photos from their wedding day, will soon find their photo in the September issue of Cosmopolitan magazine.  Trevor presented his beautiful bride with a diamond engagement ring from the Classic Collection, which was the featured piece of jewelry in all of the photos.  Along with their photograph serving as the Ritani national ad in Cosmopolitan Magazine, Ashley is also the winner of a diamond pendant necklace!

The second prize winner, who was presented with a $1000 Ritani gift card, was Chelsee Huggins who submitted photos from their engagement session featuring her gorgeous diamond engagement ring.  The third place winners, who were presented with a $500 Ritani gift card, were Justin and Annie Smith who submitted a series of photos from their wedding that showcased both Annie’s Ritani Setting engagement ring and Justin’s Classic Men’s Wedding Band.  I’m sure those gift cards will come in handy when looking to buy their wedding bands or first anniversary presents!  Congratulations to all of the couples.

The Ritani Real Moment’s Campaign has already kicked off again so be sure to get those entries ready!  You will be able to submit photos of a memorable moment where Ritani jewelry was exchanged to be featured in their national consumer campaign.   Photos submitted can include any piece of jewelry from the multiple Ritani Collections including, diamond engagement rings, wedding bands, eternity bands, earrings, bracelets or pendant necklaces.  To enter, go to the Ritani Fan Page and submit your photo with a caption about the event being portrayed.  Entries must be submitted before midnight EST on May 27th to be considered for the contest.  The judging period will begin on 9:00am EST on May 28th until May 30th and midnight EST.  The Grand Prize, second place and third place winners will then be announced on June 1st at noon EST.  Who knows, your photo could be the next Ritani national consumer ad featured in a popular magazine and help you add to your jewelry collection by also winning a diamond pendant necklace.

And the Winner Is….The Grand Prize Winners of the Real Moments Campaign Revealed!

First place goes to…..Ritani, the leading designer of engagement rings, wedding bands and diamond fashion jewelry, announced on Friday the winner of the “Ritani Real Moments” Facebook campaign.  The Grand Prize winners were Taylor and Kameron Allison, who submitted a series of photos from their engagement session, will soon find their photo in the June issue of Cosmopolitan magazine.  Kameron presented his beautiful bride with a diamond engagement ring from the Bella Vita Collection, which was the featured piece of jewelry in all of the photos.  Along with their photograph serving as the Ritani national ad in the June Cosmopolitan, Taylor is also the winner of a diamond pendant necklace!

The second prize winner, who was presented with a $1000 Ritani gift card, was Cheryl Rambler who submitted engagement and wedding photos featuring her three stone diamond engagement ring from the Endless Love Collection.  The third place winners, who were presented with a $500 Ritani gift card was Michelle Maddux and Richard Gomez who submitted a fun loving engagement photo of themselves in Bubblegum Alley showcasing Michelle’s sparkler of a diamond engagement ring.  I’m sure those gift cards will come in handy when looking to buy their wedding bands!  Congratulations to all of the couples.

The Re-launch of the Reluctant Groom Facebook Contest to Win One of TWO $8,500 Diamond Engagement Rings

Ritani, the leading designer of engagement rings, wedding bands and diamond fashion jewelry, re-launched on Monday the “Reluctant Groom-to-Be” Facebook campaign, where this time they will give away a TWO gorgeous diamond engagement rings, valued at $8,500 each.  With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, all that contestants need to do is nominate themselves, their boyfriend, and their friend’s friend’s boyfriend, who has for some reason been dragging his feet about proposing.  To enter, go to the Ritani Fan Page and tell us about the guy that you’re nominating, why he hasn’t proposed and why he deserves to win the diamond engagement ring.  The submission period ends on February 4, 2011.

Don’t forget to “Like” Ritani on Facebook and enter your submissions before February 4, 2011. Fans of the Ritani Facebook Page are encouraged to vote for the guy that they think is most deserving of the diamond engagement ring, as Ritani will then narrow the field down to Twenty Finalists based on the stories submitted.  The announcement of the Twenty Finalists will be made on February 7th.  The voting period officially ends on February 13th at 9pm PST and the Top 2 entries with the most votes from the group of Finalists will be announced on February 14th.

What’s your Status?

In the new millennium, we have evolved in our social networking with a virtual approach, with Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.  Crazy stunts and theme weddings have become a give-in for many.  Possibly they do it for the chance to be immortalized on the internet and create a viral sensation.  Whatever floats their boat right?  They have had months of planning and now it’s time to just have fun!

YouTube has a new hit in the wedding genre, and it really reflects the times we are living in.  Picture a groom, named Dana Hanna, at the altar in his tuxedo, standing next to his bride, Tracy, as they complete their vows and exchange rings in front of the minister.  So far seems like a normal wedding ceremony, right? Until Dana pulls out his cellphone to change his relationship status on Facebook to ‘married’ right there at the altar.  The groom, knowing his bride would be surprised, had her phone ready for her to do the same.

She had no idea this was going to happen, as the groom only included the minister in the plan.  He says that they have a lot of family scattered about the country that couldn’t attend the wedding, so he wanted to make sure they were up to the minute.  The minister, being aware of this trend many  have adopted as a staple in their day-to day lives, was more than happy to play along.  He added, after the couple were done updating their status’,  “If it’s official on Facebook, it’s official in my book”.

While this stunt went over well this time, we wouldn’t recommend everybody to try it.   It takes a special person to find this funny and play along, too.  Dana is a lucky man to have such an easygoing woman like Tracy.  Good luck to this modern couple, with many more fun times ahead!
