It seems Christmas came early for Lady Antebellum’s Dave Haywood and his girlfriend, Kelli Cashiola. Haywood surprised Cashiola after work at her Memphis office with a blindfold as they drove to an unknown location. Arriving at Cashiola’s house, Haywood removed her blindfold to reveal his Christmas light proposal. Haywood had strung Christmas lights on the front of her house to spell out “Will you Marry Me?” After Cashiola replied with an emphatic “yes!” Haywood presented his now bride-to-be with a diamond engagement ring. The couple has know each other as friends for the past five years and took their relationship public last month when they walked the red carpet at the CMAs. No word yet as to when the couple will exchange wedding bands, but it sure to be after the nuptials of Haywood’s band mate, Hillary Scott, who is set to exchange wedding bands with her fiancé, Chris Tyrell next Spring. This is sure to be a Christmas to remember for the happy couple!

Hopefully the third time will be the charm for pop singer, Britney Spears! Spears announced on her Twitter page over the weekend “OMG. Last night Jason surprised me with the one gift I’ve been waiting for,” “Can’t wait to show you! SO SO SO excited!!!! Xxo.” Spears later revealed that her boyfriend of over 2 years, Jason Trawick, had presented her with a diamond engagement ring at his 40th birthday dinner. Trawick went to engagement ring designer to the stars, Neil Lane, when it came time to picking the ring. Lane created a round cut, white diamond engagement ring that was adorned with 90 small diamonds around the band. No word on when the couple will exchange wedding bands. This is the first marriage for Trawick but the second trip down the aisle; the pop princess had previously exchanged wedding bands with Jason Alexander and Kevin Federline.

Once a Bridemaid….and now a soon-to-be-bride! Ellie Kemper, who starred in Bridesmaids and can also be seen on “The Office” is about to plan her own wedding. Appearing on Wednesday night’s Conan, the comedian announced that there was quite a lot of talk going around his office about her being engaged. Kemper then confirmed that she had accepted a diamond engagement ring from boyfriend of a few years, Michael Korman, who was a write for Conan for many years. No word yet on when the couple will exchange wedding bands, but thankfully Kemper has plenty of experience being a supportive Bridesmaid to make sure her wedding goes off without a hitch.

The tribe has spoken…Survivor host, Jeff Probst is now a married man. He and fiancée, Lisa Ann Russell, exchanged wedding vows and wedding bands in a private ceremony on Monday in LA in front of a group of close family and friends. This is the second wedding for both, as Russell had previously exchanged wedding bands with Saved by the Bell actor, Mark Paul Gosselaar. Lisa and Jeff began dating last year just two months after Russell and Gosselaar filed for divorce. No word on where the couple will honeymoon, but most likely on some exotic island location after Probst hosts the finale of Survivor: South Pacific in the next upcoming weeks.

TV show funny woman, Rosie O’Donnell and her girlfriend are engaged. O’Donnell made the announcement to her live studio audience during a commercial break yesterday. Later O’Donnell posted a picture on her Twitter account with her girlfriend, Michelle Rounds, wearing an engagement ring and saying “so, so, so happy.” The couple met at Starbucks in New York over the summer and has been dating ever since. Although no definite wedding plans have been set, they are hoping to exchange wedding bands over the upcoming holidays. This will O’Donnell’s second trip down the aisle, as she was previously married to Kelli Carpenter with whom she has four children.

Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland sure has something to sing about! Over the holiday weekend, the Sugarland singer exchanged wedding bands with her entrepreneur boyfriend, Justin Miller in Tennessee. The couple tied the knot in a small ceremony in front of close friends and family, including Nettle’s band mate Kristian Bush, at a chapel at the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. The bride wore an Alexander McQueen wedding dress for the occasion. The couple had been dating for more than two years. Miller appeared in the band’s 2006 video for the single “Want To.” Miller and Nettles definitely pulled off the element of surprise as Nettles was never seen publically wearing a diamond engagement ring. No word on when or where the couple will honeymoon, but Nettles will be performing at this Wednesday’s Grammy Nomination Live Concert and hosting the CMA Country Christmas Special airing this Thursday.

Actress Anne Hathaway has much to be thankful for after this Thanksgiving weekend. She and boyfriend of three years actor, Adam Shulman, have announced their engagement. Who knew that when Stanley Tucci and Emily Blunt met on the set of The Devil Wears Prada, that one day they would be related?! Both Tucci and Blunt hit it off immediately and have remained close since the film wrapped, which led Blunt to play the match maker for her close friend and sister, Felicity. Blunt’s match making skills seemed to have worked because Tucci has since presented Felicity with a diamond engagement ring.
Tucci has been flying back and forth from London, where Felicity works as a literary agent. This will be Tucci’s second time down the aisle, where he previously exchanged wedding bands with his first wife, Kate, who passed away from cancer in 2009.
