For all things wedding related, many soon-to-be brides rely on wedding publications to keep them informed of the latest styles and trends that will help in planning their weddings. Engagement 101 is a great publication for any girl that has yet to get engaged or who is fully immersed in wedding planning, as it provides an in depth look at engagement ring trends, popular wedding dress styles and the perfect wedding ring to accompany any engagement ring. The Spring 2012 Issue of Engagement 101 showcases a Ritani Romantique engagement ring within a spotlight of vintage inspired engagement rings, which was a trend made popular by singer/actress, Jennifer Hudson. Also in the issue is an engagement ring Buying Guide, to help couples decide which style is right for them. Featured in the buying guide is a Ritani Endless Love engagement ring, as it features the popular halo design that was originated by the brand.
The submission period begins today, October 7th and will end on October 3oth at 11:59pm (ET). The judging period will begin on October 31st at 6:00am (ET) and November 4th at 11:59pm (ET). During this time, Ritani and Operation Homefront will judge the entries and determine the top ten entries. Beginning on November 5th at 9:00am (ET), the public will then have the opportunity to vote for their favorite entries based on the chosen couples within the top 10 until November 10th at 11:59pm (ET). The winning couple who will receive the Ritani engagement ring will be announced on November 11th. Who knows, your love story could just be the winning entry that will help you win the engagement ring of your dreams.
With peak engagement season directly upon us, it’s important to decipher which wedding publications are going to best help you plan the wedding of your dreams. Inside Weddings is a great wedding magazine that provides the latest styles and trends throughout the wedding industry, including popular engagement ring designs, cutting edge wedding dresses, ideal favors and of course the quintessential wedding band set for both the bride and groom. Featured in the Fall issue is an advertorial focusing on the popular engagement ring trend of showcasing various shapes with both the center stone and overall setting. Ritani’s Endless Love Engagement Ring can be seen as one of the engagement rings in the showcase. Whether you’re already engaged or looking for the perfect wedding band, Ritani and Inside Weddings are the first places that you should visit.
Even the potential threat of rain couldn’t keep the masses away on Saturday for the second annual Long’s Diamond Dash. Hundreds of couples descended on Boston Common in the hopes of winning a $20,000 Ritani diamond engagement ring. Set up as a text message based scavenger hunt, couples received clues on their cell phones that helped them accumulate points after deciphering riddles at various locations throughout the city.
A sea of blue Diamond Dash shirts flooded the city as couples dashed from location to location. At the end of the two hour scavenger hunt, all of the participants descended upon the after party venue, which was held at the Liquor Store. There contestants were able to kick back and relax while anxiously awaiting the announcement of the winner. Helping to calm their nerves was the Ritani-tini, a specialty cocktail created from the event. Then came the announcement that everyone had been waiting for…who had accumulated the most points throughout the hunt would claim the ultimate prize – a diamond engagement ring. The winning couple was David Greco and Shanda Shooter, who had met while attending Suffolk Law School. Although Shooter immediately put the diamond ring on her finger, Greco knelt down and proposed in front of the crowd. Congratulations to the happy couple!
Ok boys and girls, dreamy movie star Leonardo DiCaprio is back with what looks like another blockbuster movie, “Inception.” If anything, I would go to see Ellen Page but I might be in the minority here. Anyway, I was looking at the summary for the movie (since the trailer doesn’t help much) and this is what it says according to IMDB:
“Dom Cobb is a skilled thief, the absolute best in the dangerous art of extraction, stealing valuable secrets from deep within the subconscious during the dream state, when the mind is at its most vulnerable. Cobb’s rare ability has made him a coveted player in this treacherous new world of corporate espionage, but it has also made him an international fugitive and cost him everything he has ever loved. Now Cobb is being offered a chance at redemption. One last job could give him his life back but only if he can accomplish the impossible-inception. Instead of the perfect heist, Cobb and his team of specialists have to pull off the reverse: their task is not to steal an idea but to plant one. If they succeed, it could be the perfect crime. But no amount of careful planning or expertise can prepare the team for the dangerous enemy that seems to predict their every move. An enemy that only Cobb could have seen coming.”
Sounds like Leo has found his nitch in the Sci-Fi/Thriller/Mystery market. (His last movie was Scorsese’s “Shutter Island.”) I decided to be a nice guy and save you the time and money and just give you the ending…the idea that Leo wants to plant is for you to buy an engagement ring from Ritani. Somewhere in your subconscious you want to buy a ring, and Leo is going to help us out there. One day you might wake up with a Bella Vita, Endless Love, or Romantique engagement ring sitting on your girlfriend’s finger without any memory of putting it there, but rest assured you did.
Don’t let Leo get in your head! Check us out online or give us a call to buy a ring…before it’s too late!
